No David Schwimmer - but it is indeed Friends!!!

We had not met up with the girls for an age.
Literally something like 8 months - just crazy.
So Anakis get together planned this arvo and this arvo at Satay by the Bay.
In their usual style they all turned up about 1-2 hours late blaming getting lost in the gardens - hmmm.
But we all got there in the end and it was just wonderful to see them all.
I think you will see that from the pictures that follow.

But first let's choose our food.
Oliver clearly hates the Muppets as is looking straight for a deep fried Kermit.

Always one of the worst things to admit - "Sorry I've got crabs!"

But here at Satay by the Bay it's a statement!

Check these puppies out - all the way from Sri Lanka, and soon to be off to the pot for chilli crabbing!

Never ever seen this - it was a first and sure won't be the last.

Sort of a popiah in a cup cake.

Absolutely delicious, just bloody brilliant to be honest.

Yep never heard of it. But now will not forget it!!!

Clearly my Mum has been working with the local employment agency and child labour is sneaking in.

Look at this poor little 5 year old, dragged away from her parents to slave away serving beers to clients.

I am so shocked.

Look at that poor little face - she is clearly not enjoying herself, forced to work long hours - shocking!!!!

Gong Gong - say no more!

Yep sort of snail things that look like someone has sneezed when you get them out from the shell.

But the ladies loved them!!!

Yep Ollie is the tallest of all the girls - at 11 years old.

Off to Gardens by the Bay again

Maybe these beautiful snaps may cheer up a dreary day if it is Autumnal where you are.

Here is same same as always - bloody hot, so off we troop to the Gardens as inside the greenhouses is just oh so lovely and cool.

On the way though we stopped at Peach Garden for lunch - delicious.
And on the way back we stopped at Satay by the Bay - again delicious.
