Off we go to Ollie's school this morning to see the much awaited output of all his and his classmates hard work.
The Exhibition!!!
And boy was it good. There was a comments book and I left something along the lines of "I'm 44 and I actually learnt a lot today from the kids..."
We were first through the door at 0930, see all the kids work on display and Ollie to the left awaiting the audience. The audience today that turned out to be schoolmates, teachers, parents and other schools. Wow! And they do it again all day tomorrow.
Ollie and kids all I can say is well done. It was amazing!
Here's Ollie giving Mary and I an overview of x-Rays, history and uses. That's actually an x-Ray of my broken finger on the table by his right hand ha ha!
A VERY proud Mary and I with Ollie at his booths - topics on his agenda, x-Ray and anti-bacteria. He is indeed a clever clever lad!
The crowds are starting to build now, look how he has a captive audience of kids - all listening intently.
Really starting to pack out now, parents and teachers in the room too.
More people showing up to Ollie's booths - taking it in his stride!
We popped and said hi to Shogu who was at one of the other booths. Great work too Shogu.
Really filling out, kids everywhere.
Final parting photo - Mr Richard his 6th form teacher, and the ever wonderful Miss Atima friend, counsellor, school VP and of course Ollie's teacher for two years. I wanted to get a photo of the proud teachers, proud teachers of what these kids have achieved today - some they have know for 5 years.
Ollie just amazing pal - Mary and i were so so impressed. Great work, great presentation, thanks for teaching us a few new things. We hope all goes swimmingly well again tomorrow.
All our love Daddy & Mary and of course the not to present at your booth Amy (yes she was with us but decided to just sit away from all the action!)
