The Rasa Resort, Sentosa

So tagging on the end of our vacation to Vietnam we squeezed in a quick Universal Studios and Sentosa stop over. No photos of Universal as I've already posted a plethora of them in previous blogs. But what we did get is two pretty amazing Amy experiences - sorry Ollie not ignoring you, but you agree right she was amazing!

We stayed at the newly developed Shangri-La on Sentosa, the Rasa Resort, and decided to have dinner at rather nice (although maybe overpriced) noodle joint in the hotel. This is Amy after our meal of Chinese egg noodle soup with prawn won tons (Mary), Chinese egg noodle soup with charsiew and roast pork belly (me), Chinese noodles with beef flank with gravy (Ollie - who chose THE BEST by far, man that was yummy), and chicken rice (Amy).

We then went to the bar outside for a night cap, on a beautifully cool - we could be anywhere in the world Singaporean evening.

So iPads out and kids entertaining themselves and I got this footage - a classic. She doesn't now all the words as it is a tough one to learn, but you'll recognise it from her school concert, one of her favourite songs currently - Skakira and Waka Waka!

I think you'll get the idea!

Then an overnight stay, breakfast and to the hotel pool quickly for a morning of fun, before driving home for lunch and sleepy time for Amy.

Just look at how her swimming has come on. She amazed us all today with the major development she has made.

What further amazes me here, is that this is the very same swimming pool that Ollie learnt to swim.

They both just "got it" when we were playing. Quite amazing. Lessons for this young lady in the New Year now to keep this progressing.

Thanks to her older brother Ollie for being the role model as always - as she copies everything he does (sometimes good, sometimes not so good hey Ollie??!?!?) They really love each other so much, check them out here.

But look how well they're playing on the slide, again major big brother assistance bless him.

Very well done kids, incredible.
